Sales and Account Development Professional

Sales OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Development Professional to drive sales at customer sites within an assigned territory and route. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in sales and promotional activities at customer sites to increase product visibility and sales.
- Merchandise products for display and placement in a way that attracts sales at customer stores and secondary locations.
- Transport products from storage areas and place them onto customer shelves or displays.
- Maintain quality and quantity of products on shelves by rotating products, checking code dates, and replenishing stock as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile orders for customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and transmit customer credits for spoiled and/or returned goods.
- Develop and transmit orders for product replenishment and corresponding paperwork in a timely manner, meeting KEHE order deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times when communicating with store management, personnel, and the public.
- Reset displays of merchandise at customer locations to enhance visual appeal.
- Maintain fixture cleanliness to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and communicate product merchandising needs and customer requirements with Merchandiser and Reset Specialist.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in sales or a related field (perishable experience necessary for certain areas).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with variable start times.
The estimated salary for this position is $17-18 per hour, plus commission.
