About the Role

This Sales Professional opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in medical sales, seeking to join a leading company in the industry.

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals to promote our line of medical compression, foot orthotic, orthopedic, and compression sportswear products (CEP).

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively educate clients about our products and provide expert product information to influence their purchasing decisions.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop targeted marketing strategies, and implement effective sales tactics to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients through research, referrals, and networking events
  • Develop and maintain existing accounts through regular communication, product demonstrations, and education programs
  • Provide expert product information to clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and influencing their purchasing habits
  • Document and record sales data, tracking progress towards monthly targets
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or athletic training
  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in the medical industry
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel overnight for sales meetings and product training sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
