  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of approximately 20 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Financial Management: Manage the unit's P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth, and making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with our central marketing team to develop and implement local marketing strategies, drive sales, and maximize inventory.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing revenue, and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in managing P&Ls and making informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Strong commercial and operational expertise, with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry.
