As part of the Modern Work Specialists team, we are in search of enthusiastic and seasoned specialists who are adept at identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities that provide comprehensive thought leadership, enhance customer value, and facilitate transformative outcomes. The specialist will collaborate closely with clients to assess their cybersecurity requirements and propose optimal solutions from Microsoft's extensive product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Coordinate a virtual team to evaluate customer needs and devise strategies that build a stakeholder network to expedite and finalize software and hardware opportunities.
  • Consultative Solution Sales: Implement best practices in solution sales, including discovery and crafting unique strategies that set us apart from competitors.
  • Business Value Selling: Strengthen and expand relationships with business decision-makers, collaborating with other sales roles to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Direct the planning and execution of software opportunities, ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Technical Expertise: Engage in discussions with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers, sharing insights and competitor knowledge to guide strategic decisions.
  • Sales Excellence: Develop comprehensive plans and conduct business analysis to target high-potential customers effectively.
  • Deliver Results and Model Microsoft Values: Achieve results through teamwork and exemplify Microsoft values, including fairness and respect.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements is essential.
