Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and operate Endpoint Security infrastructure to protect the DCGOV IT infrastructure.
  • Manage endpoint devices, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning at peak performance.
  • Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Formulate security policies and manage security configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint security solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest endpoint security technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in device management.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • 4+ years of experience with device provisioning.
  • 5+ years of experience with PowerShell and shell scripting.
  • 5+ years of experience with endpoint security management solutions.
  • 6+ years of experience with software packaging and distribution.
  • 6+ years of experience with device policies, settings, and registry.
  • 6+ years of experience with operating system deployment, patches, and upgrades.
  • 4+ years of experience with Windows Autopilot provisioning.
  • BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
