Overview:

As the project and account lead for designated physician transitions, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams and stakeholders. This position reports to the Associate Director of Practice Sales & Acquisitions and plays a crucial role in supporting the Practice Sales & Acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:


Engage in discovery discussions, prepare profiles for physician practice sales or acquisitions, and collect essential information such as financial reports.

Ensure that relevant and up-to-date information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Advise on succession strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

This includes, but is not limited to, identifying opportunities to enhance retiring physicians' engagement and allocating additional resources to ensure successful retirements and patient retention efforts.


Work in collaboration with the Legal department to generate and deliver necessary documents, including Brokerage Agreements, Promissory Notes, Succession Agreements, Transition Assistance, and more as required.

Present physician practice prospectuses and financial models to potential buyers.

Attend physician recruitment-focused conferences as needed to connect with prospective physician/practice buyers.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Sales Management, or Marketing, along with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant business experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience where two years of related experience equates to one year of education.

Experience in account management, business brokerage sales, and sales relationships, ideally focused on engaging with primary care physicians and developing physician networks.

Proficient in effectively presenting materials, concepts, and financial information to individuals or small groups.

Skilled in negotiation, selling concepts, and implementing company-sponsored initiatives.

Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.

This role is approved to be either corporate-based or home-based as identified at the time of hire.

Due to the necessity for air travel, the home residence must be within 45 miles or a 90-minute driving distance to a major airport servicing the United States.
