Compensation is a base hourly rate based on 40 hour work week in addition a bonus will be paid for any referrals to sales staff that result in purchase of additional insurance products. Total compensation can reach $35 to $50k range. The company is employee owned (ESOP). All employees will have the opportunity to purchase and accrue company stock for retirement after an initial waiting period. You will be an owner in the company
