Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Castle Group. As a key member of our transition team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess property conditions and develop tailored action plans based on inspection results and recommendations from the Board of Directors.
  • Communicate and facilitate the exchange of information between attorneys, management companies, insurance agents, and Board members to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Implement Castle Group's culture, standards, and core values to new and existing sites.
  • Complete weekly reports to communicate the transition status of new accounts.
  • Train onsite teams on Castle Procedures and Systems, including safety and Royal Services procedures.
  • Conduct and facilitate meetings and presentations for Board members and staff.
  • Participate in weekly communications of new accounts from the Transition Team.
  • Audit all contractual promises made to clients.
  • Act as an interim Property Manager and participate in the talent acquisition cycle when needed.
  • Conduct the Roadmap Presentation to a Board of Directors.
  • Obtain signatures on all documents pertaining to the start-up of accounts.
  • Pick up records from prior management.
  • Conduct a turnover meeting with the manager of a new association.
  • Collect all necessary information during the turnover to effectively run the office.
  • Take pictures of the site and office during the turnover and after organizing files.
  • Review all on-site forms and advise the Transition Team when changes have been made.
  • Assist the Transition Team with filling out FAQs for a new association.
  • Conduct an inventory of records with the support of the Transition Team.
  • Conduct a Post-Transition summary for the Board President.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Active CAM License required.
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superb critical thinking and solution-driven mentality with the ability to perform in high-pressure situations.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA Standards and property maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and use time effectively based on key priorities.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy: high command of computer hardware/software required, specifically intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to travel long distances on a regular basis to different locations in their region and act as an additional resource in other regions.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner, 24/7.
  • Some overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
  • Extensive use of fingers for typing and visual use of the computer monitor.
  • Ability to communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet job functions.
Working Conditions

The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels. May require outdoor site visits on an occasional basis.
