CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and success in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) segment. As a Corporate Account Manager - SLED, you will be responsible for proactively advocating for our customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our next-generation endpoint technology. This is a full sales cycle role that requires a unique blend of sales, customer success, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SLED clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings to negotiation and signature, to ensure timely renewals and increased ARR.
  • Achieve new sales growth within the customer base, identifying whitespace opportunities and creating value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth, providing high-touch customer service and escalating support issues as needed.
  • Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from the customer base.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to technical audiences.
  • 1+ year of experience selling into the SLED/Public Sector segment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
