Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for SLED clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Manage the contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings to negotiation and signature, to ensure timely renewals and increased ARR.
- Achieve new sales growth within the customer base, identifying whitespace opportunities and creating value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth, providing high-touch customer service and escalating support issues as needed.
- Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from the customer base.
- 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to technical audiences.
- 1+ year of experience selling into the SLED/Public Sector segment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
