- Close deals up to $25k
- Run upsell and cross-sell campaigns to boost IQC (In Quarter Close)
- Conduct a high volume of daily activities (60-80/day)
- Receive constant training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills
- 10-12 months of SDR/BDR experience in the software industry
- Experience working with mid-market to enterprise accounts
- History of overachieving on daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Strong phone skills, including ability to handle objections
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, 6sense (a plus)
- High coachability with a strong willingness to learn
- Passionate desire to continue moving up within a sales organization
