About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our Enterprise Team. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and closing your own pipeline of high-velocity, transactional deals in our top existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage your own pipeline of opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Close deals up to $25k
  • Run upsell and cross-sell campaigns to boost IQC (In Quarter Close)
  • Conduct a high volume of daily activities (60-80/day)
  • Receive constant training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements:
  • 10-12 months of SDR/BDR experience in the software industry
  • Experience working with mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • History of overachieving on daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
  • Strong phone skills, including ability to handle objections
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, 6sense (a plus)
  • High coachability with a strong willingness to learn
  • Passionate desire to continue moving up within a sales organization
  • Local to our Headquarters in Somerville, MA
