Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 2 days a week)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Account Supervisor for an agency client of ours.

As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this highly regulated industry and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the healthcare industry.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior account team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to build existing business and win new clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with creative, media, and planning teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that address client needs and drive results.
  • Financial Management: Manage client budgets and ensure profitability of assigned accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the healthcare/pharma/patient sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management for creative marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including brand strategy, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, such as FDA guidelines for pharmaceutical advertising.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
