With our recent acquisition of Reflect, we're enhancing our AI capabilities to better serve our customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing net new business relationships through inbound leads and individual outreach, increasing penetration across divisions within existing clients, and building long-term business relationships in a mix of transactional and enterprise deals. You will also consult with clients on enhancing their applications and recommend SmartBear software to best meet their objectives and high-priority digital transformation efforts. Institutionalize SmartBear's software solutions as part of customers' software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop net new business relationships through inbound leads and individual outreach
• Increase penetration across divisions within existing clients, and build long-term business relationships in a mix of transactional and enterprise deals
• Consult with clients on enhancing their applications and recommend SmartBear software to best meet their objectives and high-priority digital transformation efforts
• Institutionalize SmartBear's software solutions as part of customers' software development processes

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 1-2 years of inside sales experience, who has experience meeting KPIs and has carried a quota. You should have outstanding communication and presentation skills, be a self-starter and accountable, and have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
