Job Summary

The Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and exceed new business sales quota in the employer group market. This role requires a strong understanding of health insurance products and services, as well as excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new business sales quota through sales of small and large employer group sponsored medical insurance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with assigned brokers and consultants to identify new business opportunities
  • Work with underwriting to identify opportunities for profitable growth and collaborate with account support teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Document all broker activities in CRM and communicate sales opportunities with sales management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 3-5 years of related experience
  • Licensed to sell Health and Disability Insurance in Massachusetts
  • 3-5 years of sales executive experience
Preferred Skills
  • Prior health plan sales experience
  • New business sales experience
  • Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions
