Senior Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join our BMT Clinic team at US Oncology, Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Assess patient needs and provide education and support to promote health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services.
- Triages patient phone calls and documents relevant information in the patient's chart.
- Acts as a resource to LPN/LVNs and medical assistants.
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of RN experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
