Senior Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Senior Care Professional to join our team at LCS Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and promoting a warm and welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Health Services in providing a high level of care that ensures the safety and well-being of all residents.
  • Provide direct resident care activities, including assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
  • Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Ensure accurate narcotic counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate medication orders, supplies, and transportation.
  • Document resident status and provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services.
  • Participate in the admission of new residents and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
  • Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current nursing license valid in the state of employment.
  • Willingness to be available for emergencies and respond to resident needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and provide excellent customer service.
