Key Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative tasks, which encompass but are not limited to, document processing, organization of files, drafting correspondence, data management, coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, personnel management assistance, records oversight, and the creation and modification of documents and spreadsheets.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

*This position necessitates a government background check and clearance.
