Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Relationship Manager (RM) to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, integrating asset allocation and investment guidance with trust and estate planning considerations.
  • Enhance client relationships by executing flawlessly, maintaining extensive communication, and participating in client meetings.
  • Oversee daily operations for a dedicated client base, ensuring that client needs are met and BBH services are delivered effectively.
  • Assist the RM in organizing marketing events and expanding personal and professional networks to attract prospects.
  • Prepare and present client meeting materials, focusing on specific client information such as holdings and performance.

Investment Execution:

  • Coordinate essential portfolio activities, including those related to Core Select, Fixed Income, and Cash Management.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients with BBH's central management teams.
  • Identify accounts needing rebalancing or documentation updates in preparation for reviews.
  • Create materials for client meetings and manage non-strategic decisions like fund transfers.

Risk Management & Administration:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, escalating any at-risk issues to the RM or Office Manager.
  • Ensure compliance at the account level and address all compliance reports.
  • Initiate account maintenance activities, including reviews and documentation updates.
  • Supervise the Administrative Assistant's efforts in fulfilling client requests.

Business & Professional Leadership:

  • Be the go-to resource for questions from Relationship Associates and Administrative Assistants, providing mentorship and training.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork while supporting business objectives.
  • Exemplify professional behavior and serve as a role model for colleagues.
  • Manage personal development through self-assessment and utilizing internal resources.
  • Stay informed about market trends and maintain a high level of knowledge in investment management and related services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry.
  • Strong interest in Wealth Management.
  • Client service experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
