Position Overview:
In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Management, you will manage small to medium-scale projects while gradually assuming soft management responsibilities, including the training of Associates. This position aims to enhance your understanding and application of fundamental Investment Management and Operations principles.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Specific details regarding accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.
Your Contributions:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the media marketplace and partner ecosystem.
- Gain proficiency in agency investment tools.
- Understand partnership opportunities, agreements, and terms.
- Familiarize yourself with agency Terms and Conditions and the media partner contracting process.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of campaign setup and management within the agency's media buying platform.
- Ensure the precision of Insertion Orders sent to media partners.
- Maintain accountability for on-budget media investment delivery.
- Manage the actualization and reconciliation of media investments.
- Handle invoice reconciliation, client media billing reports, and partner payment resolutions.
- Develop and present Marketplace Value workbooks.
- Facilitate campaign closures.
- Assist in training and mentoring Associates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in media planning and/or buying.
- At least 1 year of experience with media investment systems and tools (e.g., Mediaocean).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for over a year.
- 0-1 years of experience in pharmaceutical media across various conditions and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer).
