  • Contribute to the preparation of Risk Management materials (such as ERM Dashboard Ratings and Key Risk Indicators) for presentation to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships throughout the Bank, engaging with Executives and Senior Management.
  • Provide strategic insights regarding all components of the Risk Management program; recommend improvements to enhance, streamline, and automate existing practices and processes.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology tool.
  • Participate in special projects as directed by the Enterprise Risk Manager, which may include areas such as Model Risk Management and Stress Testing.
  • Support Operational Risk Management with specific assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in risk management (financial or compliance risk management is acceptable).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory and financial industry risks, guidance, and best practices affecting the financial services sector.
  • Preferred experience in conducting risk assessments and/or utilizing GRC technology.
