Position Overview:

The compensation range for this role is $89,000 to $161,500.00.

Compensation is determined by various factors including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong operational acumen and business focus, emphasizing the resolution of complex analytical challenges while considering long-term implications.
  • Oversee and guide a complex Logistics Intern project within our expansive operations, presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Implement advanced technologies to enhance our vital logistics network, delivering strategic value across various departments through collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning for optimal performance.
  • Propose innovative solutions.
  • Elevate your leadership and operational capabilities by motivating and achieving outstanding team performance.
  • Receive mentorship from leaders across our Supply Chain divisions.
Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or graduate degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical), Mathematics, or Operations.
  • 3-5 years of pre-graduate/MBA experience in complex analytical process development, operations, manufacturing, or consulting.
  • Ability to synthesize diverse information from multiple sources to drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and process improvement/Lean methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and partners, fostering a responsive and efficient environment.
  • Capable of problem-solving, challenging the status quo, and driving transformation while establishing new directions.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams and manage conflicts, providing constructive feedback and developing future leaders.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Awareness of key competitors, industry trends, and regulatory environments to inform decision-making.
  • Willingness to relocate within the United States.
