Job Title: Office Manager

Mountain Homes Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, JobNimbus, and Outlook calendar
  • Process invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Investigate spending variances and ensure employees adhere to company spending policy
  • Generate financial and operational reports in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Assist with year-end 1099 processing and tax packages

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a construction industry role
  • Advanced QuickBooks skills
  • CRM experience, 2+ years minimum
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
