Hive is a leading provider of cloud-based AI solutions, empowering developers with a portfolio of best-in-class, pre-trained AI models. As a rapidly growing company, we're seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Office Manager to support our operations and help build our company culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for our team members.
  • Coordinate activities and events, such as team outings, company parties, and in-office events, with our People Ops team.
  • Assist with HR needs, including benefits administration, immigration, and compliance.
  • Support the CEO and other executive members with calendaring, email, and travel.
  • Manage vendors and contractors, planning for, purchasing, and upkeep of workstations, furniture, and employee supplies.
  • Act as primary liaison between the company and office building management.
  • Own space planning, including frequent seating rearrangements, and assist with build-out of expansion office space.
  • Facilitate office physical/equipment access and security awareness.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a professional setting
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced global environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Do-whatever-it-takes attitude
