Job Description

LOVE BROKER LLC - Seattle Love Broker is a professional matchmaking and full-service relationship advisory firm in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the owner with restructuring company organization.
  • Increase efficiency of company operations.
  • Contact clients via phone and email.
  • Organize and take notes on company activities.
  • Take initiative with digital marketing, social media management, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and manage schedules for apprentices.
  • Learn about the company and support a developing relationship consulting agency.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Promote a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Previous management and operations experience preferred.
  • Ability to create or assist with creating systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative skills.

Work Arrangements:

  • Part-time, contract.
  • Flexible time, employee can choose time between 8am and 5pm.
  • Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday afternoons).

Education:

Associate Degree minimum.

Experience:

  • Office Management: 2 years or more (Required).
  • Canva: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Adobe Premiere: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Social media strategy: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred).

Work Location:

In person with some remote.
