LOVE BROKER LLC - Seattle Love Broker is a professional matchmaking and full-service relationship advisory firm in Seattle, WA.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the owner with restructuring company organization.
- Increase efficiency of company operations.
- Contact clients via phone and email.
- Organize and take notes on company activities.
- Take initiative with digital marketing, social media management, and strategies.
- Collaborate with management to plan and manage schedules for apprentices.
- Learn about the company and support a developing relationship consulting agency.
- Effective communication skills.
- Promote a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven organizational skills.
- Previous management and operations experience preferred.
- Ability to create or assist with creating systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Time management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong collaborative skills.
Work Arrangements:
- Part-time, contract.
- Flexible time, employee can choose time between 8am and 5pm.
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday afternoons).

Associate Degree minimum.
Experience:
- Office Management: 2 years or more (Required).
- Canva: 1 year (Preferred).
- Adobe Premiere: 1 year (Preferred).
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred).
- Social media management: 1 year (Preferred).
- Social media strategy: 1 year (Preferred).
- Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred).
- Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred).

In person with some remote.
