Job Title: Office Manager and Administrative Assistant

Bryant Christie Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting clients, preparing conference rooms, and handling phone and email communications
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Make and document bank deposits, verify and forward invoices and financial statements to our Accounting Manager
  • Manage office supplies, business cards, and print materials
  • Coordinate staff lunch and breakfast orders
  • Job posting, resume vetting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff
  • Oversight of USDA Civil Rights training and compliance requirements
  • Filing Lobby Disclosure Act quarterly reports and annual city/state certifications
  • Corporate website management in coordination with senior management
  • Point of contact with building management and outsourced IT/phone/copier contractors
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Contract assistance to Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Global Access
  • Data entry and upkeep of our CRM, internal phone, client, and staff lists
  • Monthly internal and external newsletter proofreading, formatting, and electronic delivery
  • Proofreading proposals, reports, and other outgoing documents
  • USDA online grant application uploads and submissions
  • Travel, conference, and meeting logistics
Requirements:
  • Positive outlook and professional presence
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and general PC operations
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Bryant Christie Inc. offers a public transportation subsidy for travel to our downtown Seattle office. Full-time employment is required for other benefit eligibility, including medical/dental/vision and 401k retirement. Compensation is $26-$30 per hour DOE.
