Job Opportunity

Encore Strategic is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to mid-market clients across the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies to understand their technology needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales development, with a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of technology sales and marketing principles, with a focus on mid-market clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
