About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team at Baker Commodities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our national customers, identifying new business opportunities, and executing agreements that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve national account sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with national customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive growth
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in a national sales position, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
