Position Overview

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is on the lookout for a dedicated Case Management Specialist to join our Good Partner Program.

The Case Management Specialist plays a crucial role in providing essential support and resources aimed at helping individuals navigate various challenges in their daily lives. These challenges may encompass issues related to transportation, housing, healthcare access, and other social, cultural, and environmental factors.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals to identify their needs, set achievable goals, and develop actionable plans to overcome barriers, thereby enabling them to sustain employment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business, or a related field is preferred, or a minimum of three years of relevant case management experience along with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and automotive insurance are required, with regular proof of insurance to be provided.
  • Travel within the communities served is necessary, which may include transporting clients as needed.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required, with the possibility of working evenings or weekends based on client needs.
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including sedentary work, is essential.

This is a full-time hourly position that includes benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability coverage, Retirement options, and generous Paid Time Off.
