Mid-Market Account Manager

EliseAI is revolutionizing conversational AI technology for industries that shape our lives: housing and healthcare. We're seeking a Founding Mid-Market Account Manager to build relationships with existing customers, optimize engagement, and drive product adoption.
As an Account Manager, you'll identify and expand mid-market accounts within our multifamily segment, collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing playbooks, processes, and scripts to support growth
- Working with Sales Operations and Marketing to drive sales initiatives
- Managing a structured sales process from start to finish
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing mid-market accounts, closing new business, or driving expansion
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in account management within a B2B SaaS hypergrowth startup (a plus)
