We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive (Sales) to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market space.
About the Role:This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be measured by meeting and exceeding annual sales targets. You will report to the Vice President of Mid-Market Sales and work closely with fellow Account Executives, the Client Development team, Product experts, and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Help Epsilon deliver on our company-wide goal of growing our Mid-Market presence
- Deliver quarterly revenue numbers based on closing new contracts for Mid-Market
- Grow and maintain a healthy pipeline including self-sourced opportunities
- Identify and uncover personalization needs based on the ecommerce opportunities and unique to each prospect
- Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
- Effectively manage the sales process ensuring that prospects are educated and engaged, and you have earned their trust
- Maintaining an understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and partners
- 4+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of MarTech and personalization tools
- Experience selling Software as a Service with multi-year contracts
- Experience selling to clients in the mid-market space
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive annual salary of $90,000 to $100,000, plus commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, and opportunities for career advancement.
