Role Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining secure work zones utilizing appropriate equipment.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel.
  • Effectively directing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
  • Delivering outstanding service and safeguarding our clients.
  • Receiving ongoing training and support to transition from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours) and lift weights of 50-60 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
  • Experience in driving.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
