Early Childhood Education Director

Celebree School of Fort Mill is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education Director to lead our preschool program. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of educators who are passionate about providing high-quality early education to young children.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement engaging and challenging educational programs for preschool-aged children, aligned with state and national standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of experienced teachers and support staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents, colleagues, and community partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in young children.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and program effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Certifications: Valid certifications in early childhood education, such as CDA or NAEYC.
