Position Overview

Summary
Tracy's Learning Center is a faith-based educational facility seeking a dedicated preschool educator for children aged 4 to 5 years. The classroom accommodates up to 16 young learners, and this role may be part-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage classroom activities effectively.
- Prepare children for their transition to kindergarten.
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff.
- Implement a structured curriculum.
- Adhere to CDC guidelines to minimize the spread of germs.
- Collaborate respectfully with a team of up to 18 staff members.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- A nurturing demeanor with the ability to manage a group of 16 children is essential.
- Completion of 24 hours of training annually is mandatory.
- A strong work ethic is expected.
- Ability to teach prepared Christian lesson plans is necessary.
- Personal cleanliness is important.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in early childhood education.
- CDA certification or higher education is advantageous.
