Job Overview

Position Summary
We are a faith-based educational facility seeking a dedicated preschool educator for children aged 4-5 years. The classroom accommodates 16 young learners, and this role may be part-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage classroom activities effectively.
- Prepare children for their transition to kindergarten.
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff.
- Implement the established curriculum.
- Adhere to CDC guidelines to ensure health and safety.
- Collaborate respectfully with a team of up to 18 colleagues.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Patience and a nurturing attitude are essential for managing a group of 16 children.
- Completion of 24 hours of training annually is mandatory.
- A strong work ethic is necessary.
- Ability to teach prepared Christian lesson plans is required.
- Personal cleanliness is important.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in early childhood education.
- CDA credential or higher education in a related field.

Benefits
