  • Welcoming Families: Greet children and their guardians warmly each day, fostering a positive environment.
  • Creating a Safe Space: Maintain a clean, joyful, and comfortable atmosphere in the toddler area by adhering to established routines.
  • Feeding Coordination: Collaborate with parents to manage feeding schedules tailored to each child's needs, guiding assistants in this process.
  • Activity Planning: Design engaging individual and group activities that promote language, social, and motor skill development.
  • Lesson Planning: Collaborate with the lead educator to prepare weekly and monthly lesson plans for approval.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lead educator in a cooperative teaching environment, sharing insights and ideas regularly.
  • Interactive Learning: Engage children through various instructional methods, including play, music, arts and crafts, and physical activities.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Teach essential toddler skills, such as the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, hygiene practices, and potty training.
  • Parent Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and program details.
  • Hygiene Maintenance: Change diapers and assist with clothing changes as necessary, ensuring cleanliness and proper disposal.
  • Rest Time Management: Create a soothing environment for nap times, ensuring a restful experience for toddlers.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily activities, including feeding and sleeping patterns, and communicate these to parents.
  • Attendance Tracking: Maintain daily attendance records, noting any absences and reporting them to the lead educator.
  • Child Observation: Stay attentive to each child's unique talents, challenges, and developmental needs.
  • Sanitation Practices: Ensure all work areas are clean and organized, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly.
  • Resource Management: Monitor and report on the availability of childcare supplies to the lead educator.
  • Child Safety: Report any concerns regarding child welfare to the appropriate authorities.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Positive Environment: Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere for children, colleagues, and families.
