Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at High Steel Structures. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our plant manager and leadership team, as well as coordinating office activities and managing office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the plant manager and leadership team, including data entry, report generation, and event planning and coordination.
- Coordinate office activities, including managing office supplies and orders.
- Process invoices and assist the office manager in organizing all co-worker functions.
- Greet all visitors to the plant and work with managers to provide necessary safety gear for visitors.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required. Post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing office environment required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products required. Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment essential.
