Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our corporate team, supporting our Brokerage Services Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Brokers, including calendar management, meeting materials preparation, and database maintenance.
  • Process accounts payable, invoices, and maintain accurate records of all available property inventory.
  • Maintain client resource management system (CRM) and accurate documentation for current listings, under agreement, sold, and leased properties.
  • Process third-party leases and maintain escrow account and documentation in compliance with the High Real Estate license.
  • Notify coworkers of required training areas and collaborate with the Marketing and Events Manager to identify market trends and opportunities for marketing innovation.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Four or more years' experience in a multi-faceted administrative role, required
  • Strong working knowledge of PC and Windows skills, including Microsoft office programs
  • Real Estate License, preferred
