Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PeopleShare. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and filing documents
  • Translate written and verbal communication as necessary
  • Keep a detailed log of calls and visitors
  • Respond to calls, emails, and potential complaints daily
  • Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and implement new actions
  • Maintain safety standards in the office
  • Prepare reports on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Must be self-driven and able to lift up to 10 lbs.
