Finance and Administrative Coordinator

The Finance and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing office supplies, building and vehicle maintenance, filing, and candidate coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, building maintenance, and vehicle upkeep
- Coordinate candidate interviews and onboarding processes
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation
- Provide administrative support to department managers and company committees
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounting and/or HR experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain accurate records
