Product Sourcing Specialist

About The Role:
- The Partnership Development Associate will report to the Senior Partnership Development Manager and be responsible for establishing and managing new beauty brand relationships for GLOSSYBOX.
- This role will involve working closely with the marketing team to ensure the timely fulfillment of products for all beauty box requirements, in line with set themes and overall budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sourcing: Identify and source products from current and new partners to meet the needs of GLOSSYBOX beauty boxes.
- Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with beauty brand partners, including outreach to new partners, management of current relationships, and external reporting on projects.
- Feedback and Communication: Manage feedback communication with brand partners to develop relationships for future initiatives and collaborations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure all objectives are met in product sourcing and partnership development.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with beauty brand partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues with product sourcing and partnership development.
