Position Overview

The Production Coordination Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Production Manager with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Manager in monitoring order progress
  • Revise purchase orders in the AMT system
  • Maintain detailed order tracking using Excel
  • Facilitate sample submissions from international manufacturers
  • Prepare packages for dispatch
  • Develop swatch and bulk color cards
  • Evaluate label layouts
  • Update shipping documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure ongoing communication with factories and internal teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in apparel production
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Understanding of production workflows
  • Capacity to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn
  • Fluency in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A
