We are in search of a Senior Project Manager who possesses a strong background in product development and sourcing to play a pivotal role in our operational success and future growth.

Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing both internal and external teams to ensure effective execution of product initiatives. This position involves managing designated product teams and collaborating closely with our manufacturing and sourcing partners. Acting as the primary point of contact, the Senior Project Manager will facilitate communication among product design, graphic design, product development, sourcing, preproduction, production, assembly, shipping, and marketing teams. The main objective is to keep projects aligned with their timelines and critical paths.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead assigned product teams and engage with manufacturing and sourcing partners.
· Collaborate with external entities to establish manufacturing and production strategies.
· Serve as the main liaison among account management, product design, graphic design, marketing, structural teams, product development, sourcing, preproduction, production, assembly, and shipping.
· Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain critical paths for all projects.
· Foster communication and teamwork across various departments and partner organizations.
· Address product inquiries and resolve challenges as they arise.
· Obtain necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders.
· Monitor and advance the development and production status of each project.
· Ensure efficient progress throughout the development and production phases.
· Track project milestones and deliverables to meet established deadlines.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and quality.
· Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
· Collaborate in the formulation of comprehensive project plans, identifying deliverables, required resources, timelines, dependencies, and variables for each deliverable.
· Establish project quality and performance standards, assessing and managing risks across multiple projects.
· Review project and creative briefs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
· Enhance overall project management and workflow capabilities to efficiently support a range of clients with both long-term and short-term projects.
· Manage budgets and timelines while seeking efficiencies through optimized workflows.
· Identify opportunities to create significant value and revenue by engaging with new prospects and participating in business proposal development.
· Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
· Travel to manufacturing sites as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
· 5-7 years of experience in Product Development/Manufacturing.
· Strong understanding of material properties and their influence on product design, development, and manufacturing processes.
· Experience in packaging design and engineering.
· Proficiency in Project Management Software, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with 3D modeling software is advantageous.
· Experience in fast-paced startup environments, leading and managing multiple teams across various disciplines.
· Proven track record of bringing mass-produced consumer products to market.
· Familiarity with multiple product lifecycles from business development to final delivery.
