The Role
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with one of our esteemed Financial Services clients. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence three days a week.

Sourcing Specialists are integral to our clients' recruitment success. They build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment. By asking insightful questions and utilizing data-driven insights, Sourcers craft customized sourcing strategies to attract top talent. They serve as brand ambassadors, effectively communicating the unique aspects of each opportunity to engage potential candidates. A Lead Sourcing Specialist will focus on specialized and niche talent acquisition, addressing complex hiring needs with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Trusted Advisor
- Collaborate with Recruiters to establish productive partnerships that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Utilize your expertise and resources while engaging with sourcing and talent intelligence specialists to devise effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide insights and thought leadership during recruitment discussions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and role requirements.
- Communicate confidently with client stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge to propose effective solutions for challenging hiring scenarios.
- Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share candidate feedback and adapt recruitment strategies as needed.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- 2-4 years of experience in candidate sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven experience in Financial Services, particularly in Wealth Management Front Office roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
- Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and Eightfold is advantageous.
- Experience in maintaining data integrity within an ATS.
- Skilled in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searching, to identify candidates through various channels.
- Experience in direct engagement with clients.
