Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the production workflow, develop a comprehensive production schedule, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the process.
- Implement and uphold quality assurance protocols, monitoring product standards consistently.
- Evaluate necessary human and material resources, effectively allocating labor to meet production demands.
- Act as a representative for the production department in collaborative meetings, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Investigate new manufacturing sources and industry best practices, ensuring that raw material quality meets safety standards and garment production adheres to regulations.
Job Logistics:
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000.
