**Position Overview**

As a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries and follow-ups related to service appointments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers by scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments and manage service advisor calendars
  • Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and dealership policies
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional needs
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not required
