Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory General Engineer to lead our cross-sector industrial decarbonization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of industrial decarbonization technologies
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research and development opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, academia, and government agencies to advance our decarbonization goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial decarbonization, energy efficiency, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
