As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Branch Chief), you will:


Provide leadership to a team of HR Specialists responsible for Human Resources Information Systems, Learning and Development, and management and program analysis to enhance the effectiveness of HR programs, policies and practices across the agency.

Determine the need for and takes the lead in preparing OIG policy and appropriate issuances, operating guidance, training materials, marketing strategy, etc., in connection with assigned program areas and/or projects.

Develop and/or work with consultants on the development of supervisory training matrixes. Conducts training, as appropriate.
Oversee the human resource (HR) services provided by a third-party contractor with developing and administering those personnel programs designed to meet the OIG's special needs,
Work closely with the Director, HCMD, in developing a human resources strategic plan.
