Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

At Energy Circle, we're on a mission to accelerate the transformation of homes and buildings towards reduced carbon, renewable generation, and greater energy efficiency. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our marketing, sales, and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads to drive sales growth
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify outbound leads
  • Develop and execute email drip campaigns to nurture leads
  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM database to ensure data accuracy
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing and sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or marketing operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar
