We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, NY. As a key member of our regional pool of assistants, you will provide travel and expense support for colleagues in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries for senior executives and colleagues
- Coordinate travel with clients and others for group travel events, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements
- Compile travel-related documents as needed and prepare expense reports in accordance with corporate T&E policies
- Manage calendars for senior executives, compose and keep record of standard correspondence, and follow up on pending matters
- Provide timely, professional, and accurate status and updates to those supported, engendering confidence and comfort in each assigned traveler
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant administrative experience, including arrangement of international travel
- Cordial, naturally communicative, and professional in all interactions
- Palpable sense of ownership and reliability, with ability to respond to multiple high-priority requests concurrently
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities
