Bilingual Scribe Job Description

Vaco Boston is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Scribe to join our team. As a Bilingual Scribe, you will be responsible for transcribing medical recordings with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe medical recordings with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure that transcribed text meets client requirements for formatting and notation
  • Work independently to meet deadlines and complete transcriptions in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest transcription software and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed
  • Correct errors and inaccuracies in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong typing skills through regular practice
Qualifications:
  • Excellent typing skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Fluency in Spanish
