Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual medical professional to join our team as a Medical Call Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and clients while handling high call volumes.
Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional service to patients and clients.
- Coordinate scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments as necessary.
- Inform patients about available services, procedures, and insurance information.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and calls.
- Proactively follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any issues.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Previous customer service or call center experience in the medical field is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates empathy and a dedication to patient-centered service.
- Keeps calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
